# AI Software Development Engineer We're looking for an AI Software Development Engineer to join our team and help build intelligent systems that make a real difference. You'll work on machine learning models, AI applications, and the infrastructure that powers them. **What You'll Do** Design and develop AI and machine learning solutions that solve real business problems. Write clean, maintainable code for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models in production environments. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to turn AI concepts into working systems. Build and improve the tools and pipelines that make AI development faster and more reliable. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize models for speed and accuracy. Stay current with AI/ML trends and bring new ideas to the team. **What We're Looking For** You have strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages. You understand machine learning fundamentals—you know how models work, not just how to use libraries. Experience building or deploying ML models is essential; you've worked with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks. You're comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker. You can write code that others can understand and maintain. You solve problems logically and communicate clearly about technical challenges. A computer science degree or equivalent experience is important. Some exposure to software engineering best practices, testing, and version control is expected.
